    Can you work with our existing pharmacy software and clearinghouse?
    Yes. Our team is experienced with major pharmacy management systems such as PrimeRx, BestRx, Rx30, and other leading platforms, and we can adapt to your current clearinghouse and payer setup.
    Do you only handle pharmacy billing?
    Yes. At present we focus exclusively on pharmacy billing and related revenue cycle activities for US pharmacies.
    Do you handle prior authorizations and benefit verification?
    Yes. We can manage eligibility checks, benefit verification, and prior authorizations for prescriptions and pharmacy therapies based on the scope of your engagement.
    Will we have a dedicated team?
    Each client is assigned dedicated billers and team leads who learn your workflows, preferences, and payer mix to ensure consistency and accountability.
  • How do you ensure HIPAA compliance?
    We follow strict HIPAA guidelines, operate through secure VPN connections, use role‑based permissions, implement MFA, and conduct regular internal training and audits.
    How is patient and financial data protected?
    All sensitive data is accessed only within secure environments. We avoid local storage, restrict exports, and follow your organization’s security protocols in addition to our own.
    Where is your team located?
    Our delivery center is based in India, serving US clients with overlapping work hours for seamless communication and coverage.
    Can you sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?
    Yes. We are happy to execute a BAA as part of our contracting process to formalize privacy and security responsibilities.
    What pricing models do you offer?
    We offer percentage-of-collections, per‑claim, and dedicated FTE models. We’ll recommend options based on your volume, specialty, and goals.

    Minimums and terms depend on the engagement model, but we design agreements to stay flexible for growing pharmacies and clinics.
    How does the onboarding process work?
    Onboarding includes discovery workshops, SOP and SLA definition, secure system access, test claims, and a phased go‑live to minimize risk.
    How long before we see results?
    Many clients see improvements in clean‑claim rates and AR within the first few billing cycles, with more substantial gains as we refine workflows over the first 3–6 months.
    Can you help us clean up existing AR backlogs?
    Yes. We frequently take on AR clean‑up projects alongside ongoing billing, focusing on high-value buckets and denials to recover maximum revenue.
